Mo Hossain is a Technical Account Manager (TAM) at New Relic. He helps enterprise companies including NewsCorp, TIME, and IBM, become more successful and focus on their business using the New Relic SaaS platform of monitoring and analytics tools. Previously, Mo worked at Dow Jones as a Senior DevOps Engineer, where he helped the Wall Street Journal (WSJ) digital customers have a great experience. He led the creation of a dashboard and analytics product to understand user experience and measure poor performance that were actionable for management, editors, and DevOps teams.
 Shikha Thakkar is a Solutions Engineer for GitHub, living and working in New York City! She's been with the company for about a year and a half, and absolutely loves working with customers who are looking at Git and GitHub. Whether it's for OSS, Inner-sourcing, or upgrading legacy tools, she truly believes GitHub can help companies build great products.
Mr. Frons is recognized as one of the leading innovators in digital media. He started his career as a journalist, a background that gives him unique insight into the capabilities for digital publishers. Mr. Frons was previously with The New York Times Company for 9 years, where he led a major expansion in technology and product development. He played a major role in devising and implementing the strategy and technology behind the Times’ successful Digital Subscriptions initiative, the company’s mobile products, the recent redesign of its primary website, NYTimes.com, and the launch of new subscription based products such as NYT Now.
